How To Leave A Clickable Link In The Comments Section

Hi, everyone!

Something slightly different in today's post! I'll be sharing how to create a clickable blog link to leave in the comments section in other blog posts so readers can be redirected to your blog.

During the early days of blogging, there's no denying, learning the ropes when you're a technophobe can be pretty overwhelming and intimidating! I don't consider myself an expert by no means and have still an awful lot to learn. So whether you're just starting out or it's just something that's past you by, I thought I'd share one of the easiest and most effective ways of creating a clickable blog link.

At the beginning I was leaving the http//: followed by the blog name, which is fine, but you have to agree, leaving a clickable link looks much more professional, and you'll never know, that click may lead to a gain in another follower.

Leaving that clickable Blog link

So you've just read a blog post and have left a comment. Now you want to leave a link below the comment so not only the author of the blog post will know who you are, but other readers too; and this may even encourage them to click on the link so they can be redirected to your blog and view yours.

You'll be creating a html code here. Don't worry! You'll just be copying a pasting the one below, then making a few minor adjustments. You'll be inserting the name and website details of you blog instead.

This is my one

<a href="">sheergloss</a>

This is the one for you to copy and paste.

Don't forget to add the your blog site and name! Remember, to only leave a space between the a and the href.  Then, you're done!

Keep it safe!

Once it's done, leave it somewhere that you'll have easy access to. Like Evernote. Or in my case in the Notes app on my iPad. So I can just flip back to copy and paste it when I need to.

Easy isn't it!
