15 Affordable Brands That You May Not Have Heard Of

There's nothing more satisfying, than finding a beauty buy that creates that pop of magic for next to nothing. Don't you just love it when you find something that works just for you? I do too!
Don't get me wrong, I love my premier brands and that feeling of luxury extravagance that accompanies it. But not everyone can afford these all the time, if at all. Luckily, makeup can be achieved regardless of budget and so it should be too!

So, I decided to put together a list of brands that you may not have heard of, whether you're either new to makeup or a regular user like myself and wish to try find something a little further afield.
As much as I love our Superdrug and Boots, as they supply us with a excellent range in store, it's always intriguing to see what other great alternatives there are out there.

Nyx:
A truly fabulous drugstore brand, with an increasing number of iconic items (too many to mention) favoured by vloggers and the blogging world is now available online at Boots and feel unique.com.

Essence:
Arrived on our shores a little over 2 years ago, can be found in stores along side your favourite bottle of laundry detergent:  Wilkinson's. Their nude lip liners for a quid is a steal.

NYC:
Still available at selected Superdrug stores and supply a few of my faves. Brighton Peach lip gloss, mosaic blushers, their individual eyes palettes and liquid liners too.

Bh Cosmetics and Coastal Scents:
Seen the mammouth 88 and 120 shade eye palettes? Yep, get them from these guys. Available online at beautystore4u Not forgetting the Revealed palettes too!

Wet n Wild:
Oh my word! When anyone mentions Wet n Wild, I instantly think of those amazing colour icon eye palettes. Check out my review. Available online from Amazon UK.

e.l.f:
The eyes lips face brand have their flagship store based in Cardiff ( which I was fortunate enough to visit ) are also available to order from their website. Love their Nars lookey likey compacts and their HD white finishing powder, very comparable to the one from Mac and Makeup Forever. Check out their gorgeous St. Lucia bronzer/ blusher compact as well as tons of great affordable buys eyeslipsface.co.uk

Top Shop Cosmetics:
I very rarely use fashion store's own brands as their quality tends to not be that great,  but Top Shop are really really good. I love their lipsticks and lip bullets and their cream blushers, especially the shade Head over heels!

Milani:
Oh my! Those stunning baked blushers.  My review on these here. Bella gel shadows and Amore lip cremes are next on my wish list. Available from beautycrowd.co.uk and Amazon UK.

Freedom Makeup:
Sister company of Makeup Revolution that brings you a brow palette very similiar to the Anastasia Beverly Hills without the hefty price tag, now available at Superdrug and online freedommakeup.co.uk

Kiko Milano:
From as little as £2.50 for a bottle of their amazing nail lacquers and their amazing water shine eye shadow singles from £4.40. With stores popping up in various parts of the country and available online to feed your fix. kiko cosmetics.co.uk

Amazing Shine Lashes:
A past favourite from the Pixiwoo Sisters. You can pick up a pair of these beautiful lashes for just a few quid either online from Amazon UK or at the store just essentials if you live in the Norwich area.

Zoeva:
Love their brushes so much and was fortunate enough to use them whilst at the Pixiwoo Makeup Course, read about my course here. Also stock some fab eyeshadow palettes as well. From Beautybay.com

Blank Canvas:
An affordable brush brand brought to you from the Emerald Isle, that look very similar to Mac. Was first introduced to these by Sineady Cady from The Makeup Chair on YouTube. Their face palettes and the Pippa eyeshadow palettes also feature in the range. Blankcanvas cosmetics

Morphe Brushes:
Great quality brush kits and another large palette brand. At Beautybay.com
